Jet Lag

How Can We Help?

Jet Lag

You are here:
< Back

Your job or business from time to time may give you chances of traveling out of the country. Jet lag happens when you travel quickly through different time zones. The shift in the time zones makes it difficult for your internal body clock to adjust to the new schedule readily.

You may feel drowsy, tired, irritable, and confused. Changes in your bowel movements, like diarrhea or constipation, and loss of interest in food may also be felt. Jet lag is a temporary condition and the recovery from this problem depends on the number of time zones crossed. The average number of days that a person adjusts to the new schedule is one day per time zone crossed. It is also more bearable to travel eastward than flying to the west.
